| Do
I need to supply any products or cleansers? |
| Our
maids come to your home fully equipped with high quality
cleaning products and equipment to give your house the
sparkling service for which KatyMaids is known. However,
if you have a preferred cleaning product you wish our maids to use,
simply provide it and we will
accommodate.

| Do
I need to be home when you clean? |
| No. In fact,
most of our clients prefer to have us clean while they
are at work. Our clients issue us a key which we code
and keep in a proven lockbox for security. The
decision is up to you.

| How
do I pay for services? Do I have to sign a
contract? |
| Most of our
clients pay by leaving a check on the counter the day of
the service. There are no contracts to sign. We simply
rely on repeat customer satisfaction to retain our
clients. If you
decide to use our services on a regular basis, we will
schedule you indefinitely to reserve your cleaning day.
